The Venue at Flat Rock is situated within the St. John Neumann Church complex in Powhatan, Virginia. Our location is just minutes from Midlothian, Goochland, Amelia, and Chesterfield.

Our rental facility includes a spacious  reception hall  along with a lovely private outdoor area. Our outdoor space includes a gazebo, gardens, and enchanting paths that lead to various seating areas. It offers a picturesque setting for events and gatherings.​

The reception hall has a maximum seating capacity of 150 guests and features a permanent dance floor, elegant chandeliers,

We supply tables both round and rectangle for your guests and have 150 banquet chairs available for your event. ​

Other amenities include 2 dressing rooms, kitchen, a 20 x 30 room that can be used for a bar setup or buffet arrangement. Free parking, security, a flexible vendor policy which allows you to choose your caterer, bartender, decorator.
