The Venue at Flat Rock is situated within the St. John Neumann Church complex in Powhatan, Virginia. Our location is just minutes from Midlothian, Goochland, Amelia, and Chesterfield.

Our rental facility includes a spacious  reception hall  along with a lovely private outdoor area. Our outdoor space includes a gazebo, gardens, and enchanting paths that lead to various seating areas. It offers a picturesque setting for events and gatherings.​

The reception hall has a maximum seating capacity of 150 guests and features a permanent dance floor, elegant chandeliers, climate control, carpet and handicapp accessibility.

We  round and rectangle tables for your guests and up to  150 banquet chairs 

Other amenities include 2 dressing rooms, warming kitchen, a 20 x 30 foyer that can be used for a bar setup or buffet arrangement. Free parking, security, a flexible vendor policy which allows you to choose your caterer, bartender, decorator.
